Steklács János PhD.

is college associate professor of Kecskemét College Teachers Training Faculty, Institute of Modern Linguistics and Literature Studies, acting as the director of this Institution. He got PhD degree on the field of applied lingustics, deals with research of reading comprehension, and the methodology of literacy education. His special field of interessed, and research topics are functional illiteracy, adult literacy, reading strategies and metacognition. He is the president of Hungarian Reading Association.
